We want you to feel confident and empowered in your AYBL gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and underwear cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.
